ABOUT THE COLLABORATION

The brand has always dressed the Spanish Monarchy, and with this piece we wanted to pay tribute to the dark side of the Spanish underground culture -quinqui culture- commonly denigrated.
The puffers always had knife holes as consequence of the robbery and they became a symbol.
We wanted to bring back notoriety to the legacy of Pedro Gómez Madrid designing two iconic jackets in collaboration.

We used distressed denim and zippers that represent the exact size that knifes made in the jackets when they became a cult piece combined with red lining with our crochet flowers print to represent all the blood people dropped to keep their Pedro Gómez.

The white puffer is designed in black and white as an ode to the death of “El Jaro” using white to talk about purity (he was only 16 when he was shot dead) and the black handmade crochet flowers to represent his funeral. The lining of the jacket is our crochet flower print in black and white.
